Jennifer (when I ordered)was great! Ron, the driver, both drop off and pick up was accomodating. I had left some items in by mistake and he helped me remove them!
This was the most convenient and seamless storage/moving option I have ever experienced. The drivers were punctual and friendly. I would definitely use Smartbox again.

We loved the boxes. They made our moving process so much easier. It allowed us to pack a box and store it right away. Then we were able to unpack the boxes in the correct room at the new house insted of move the box around twice. This worked perfectly for our family. I wanted to say a few words about the driver (who\'s name I cannot recall now) who dropped my boxes on 12/28. He had UNBELIEVABLY challenging conditions to deal with -- a north-facing, ice-covered, super-sloped driveway. It looked impossible to get those 6 boxes lined up on it! But he kept at it, and I wanted to just say what a super employee you have there. He's not only great at his job but knows how to solve a sticky problem.
I was so very happy with the whole Smartbox experience. It is nice to know that there is still a company that TRULY cares about customer satisfaction.

Service has been exceptional at every level -- reservation, local customer service (Jen) and drivers.
A good experience so far and competive pricing. We are having our furniture stored for a few months and it was nice to not have to load a truck unload into a storage unit and then have to think that in the future we were going to have to load and unload again.
